Project Management is the first stage of the development process. This stage deals with the design and entitlement of a project and getting it through the bureaucratic process required for approval. You can read more about Project Management here.
The second phase of a project is Construction. Once we have obtained all the necessary approvals and are ready to pull permits, our Entitlement Team will coordinate the transition of your project to the Construction Team. They will follow the construction roadmap to finish the project as specified—on time and under budget. Upon completion, both teams will work with you to transition the project into full business operation. We’ll stick with you, even after you turn the key in the front door.
